Returns & Exchanges

At YYbaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging attached
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item is deemed faulty or required by applicable consumer law.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at hello@yybaby.com.au and we will do our best to assist, subject to product availability.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as YYbaby cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
